Warning: It is risky and a serious threat to your health when you participate in the Osogbo City Half Marathon in unstable physical condition.
I, my executor(s), administrators, heirs and assignees hereby release and discharge the handlers/organizers of Osogbo City Half Marathon, the Organising Committee, Sponsor, Partners, Agencies, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Beneficiaries jointly and severally and hold and waive harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, injuries, incapacitation/death demands, liabilities, loss, damages or expenses of whatever kind and nature including, but not limited to, attorney fees which at any time may be incurred by reason of my participation in or my preparation for Osogbo City Half Marathon.
I hereby attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and that I am physically fit and adequately trained to participate.
The undersigned, grants full permission to any, and all foregoing use to his/her likeness, including photographs and videos for publicity promotion and advertising purpose without compensations of any kind.
It is compulsory for every participant to present a Medical Certificate stating that THERE IS NO CONTRADICTION TO PARTICIPATION.
